This is my second time writing a review for this place, and I have to give it the 5 stars it deserves! There has been an incredible turnaround since the new manager, Kanchan, stepped in! The service seems smooth and sharp, with a team that seems genuinely happy to serve. I would definitely recommend the chilli fish and the palak paneer. Whatever magic the new leadership has brought, it has absolutely transformed the experience!

We recently visited Sukoon in Santa Clara to celebrate my son’s birthday, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The food was delicious, and the service from the staff was excellent — especially from Mahendra, who went above and beyond. A special thanks to Mahendra for making my son’s birthday truly memorable with the carrot halwa cake. My son really enjoyed the food, the cake, and the warm hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great Indian cuisine and thoughtful service!
The food at Sakoon Restaurant was absolutely exceptional. Each dish was full of flavor, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how delicious it was. I’d also like to extend my sincere thanks to Mahindra for his outstanding service during my nephew’s 1st birthday celebration in the upstairs hall. Absolutely love this restaurant and this is one of our personal favorites for North Indian cuisine in Bay Area. It’s the right option when you want to indulge in some delicious rich Indian food. It is not the option when you are looking for some health friendly options. But this is the perfect for cheat meals or indulgence. We once took a catering for a very personal and memorable day from here. The catering options are budget friendly and good. We have ordered multiple times before mostly from Mountain View. Glad to see they have a Santa Clara branch. Personal favorites: Paneer Peshawari, Murgh Sakoon. The quantity is very good. It’s ample has much more meat or paneer compared to other restaurants. Never dined in the restaurant (always take out) so cannot comment about atmosphere.

Have tried the restaurant a few times, they have a great tandoori platter. Even their veggie platter is awesome. Very nice well lit ambience and halls for hosting parties. One of the standout dishes at Sakoon is their lemon fish, which showcases the chef’s skill in balancing zestful citrus notes with tender, flavorful fish. Additionally, their sizzler plates are a must-try, arriving at the table with an enticing sizzle and aromatic spices that delight the senses. Sony Parera’s warm hospitality makes Sakoon Sunnyvale truly special. As a caring host and attentive waiter, he ensures every guest feels welcome and valued.
